Sometimes in a Windows environment, due to the software package not being signed with a certificate, it may be mistakenly identified as harmful by Windows Defender and result in an interception prompt. You can try the following solutions:
Open Windows Security Center.
Select Virus & Threat Protection.
Under Virus & Threat Protection Settings, click Manage Settings.
Find Real-Time Protection, and if permissions allow, try clicking Turn Off. If you cannot turn off Real-Time Protection, skip this step.
Scroll down the page and find Exclusions, then click Add or Remove Exclusions.
Add the folder path where you are downloading the software package as an exclusion, i.e., add this folder to the exclusion list.
